About -
As you travel north on the George Parks Highway towards the heart of Alaska, you'll find nestled in the shadow of Mount Healy the small town of Healy.
Here is where my wife and I call home, and where you'll likely find me building something.
Growing up Amish in the rolling farmland of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, I learned to work with my hands at a young age in my father's carriage shop. From there I worked my way through the trades, honing my skills, until one day I found myself in Alaska.
The wildness and beauty of Alaska has captivated me. Combined with the community, pace of life, and all the other things that make this place special, I have found the place where I belong.
I am on a mission to continually get better at my craft, so that the things I build will be of such exceptional quality and beauty that they will be a source of great joy to the generations of people that use them.
